Branden Jensen, Founder
Brandon brings over 20 years of mortgage experience and a passion for every part of the process—from analyzing macroeconomic trends to understanding local real estate markets. A numbers guy at heart, he speaks fluent Excel and thrives on helping homeowners make smart, personalized decisions. He also supports originators, builders, and agents with strategies around tech, marketing, and conversion.
Relationships are at the core of Brandon’s work, and he’s always up for a good conversation over coffee or brunch. Outside of work, you’ll find him hiking, skiing, or sharing great meals with his wife of nearly 30 years, their four grown kids, and two daughters-in-law. The Jensens love to travel, prioritize family time, and share a fondness for dark chocolate, grilled food, and Coconut LaCroix.
Dan Pond, Mortgage Loan Originator
Dan is a seasoned real estate broker with deep expertise in both property management and residential sales, serving clients through Catalyst Property Management and Valley Realty. Known for his market knowledge and client-first approach, he helps buyers, sellers, and investors reach their goals with confidence. Now also a licensed mortgage loan officer, Dan brings added value by guiding clients through both the home search and financing process—offering a seamless, all-in-one experience.
With degrees in Finance and Business from Utah State and fluency in “Spanglish,” Dan connects with a wide range of clients and offers thoughtful, personalized support. He works alongside his wife of 30+ years, Kimberly, and their son, Jackson, as part of a family real estate team. Outside of work, he enjoys quality time with his three grown children and believes in helping people build long-term financial stability through smart real estate choices.
